The Stanley is a new restaurant by James Beard Nominated Chef Paul Verica and his Sous Chef and son Alex, located just outside of uptown Charlotte in the Elizabeth neighborhood.
Our menu philosophy at The Stanley embraces the farm to table movement. It is a seasonal, market driven, and locally sourced. The focus is on flavor and technique; incorporating many of today’s dining trends. Our approach is filled with passion for the craft and art of cooking.
