The Stanley is a much-anticipated restaurant by James Beard-Nominated Chef Paul Verica and his Sous Chef and son Alex. The Stanley located in the Elizabeth neighborhood just on the outskirts of uptown Charlotte.
Our menu philosophy embraces the farm to table movement. It is a seasonal, market-driven, and locally-sourced. The focus is on flavor and technique; incorporating many of today’s dining trends. Our approach is filled with passion for the craft and art of cooking. The food style is a blend of classic foundations, modern techniques, and a creative, whimsical approach.
